Justin was born and raised in Sacramento, California. Knowing he wanted to work in real estate as a kid, Justin got his real estate license when he was fresh out of high school. He has spent time with a few well-known real estate firms in Sacramento, but most of his experience was held at a Fortune 500 company in the Bay Area, where he sharpened his knowledge of real estate by managing and analyzing thousands of leases covering retail, industrial, and office properties. He was also responsible for enforcing compliance of lease terms, managing millions of dollars of rental payments on assets and assisting with due diligence efforts on property acquisitions.

With over 20 years of experience in every aspect of commercial real estate, Justin works hard to give each of his clients the necessary tools and knowledge to make a deal happen. He takes pride in helping clients make educated choices in selecting sites which will allow them to be successful over time.

Justin’s real estate background has helped him in more ways than just business - an old co-worker eventually introduced him to his now wife, a local real estate lawyer. Together, they have two rowdy kids (Julianna – 9 and Carter – 7) and three rescued Retrievers and a Black Lab that hog the bed. In his limited spare time, Justin is an avid baseball fan/coach to his son, baseball card collector, a crossfit devotee, and golf aficionado (although he won’t be winning any PGA Championships anytime soon – he likes the sport a lot more than it likes him).
