About Us

Justin was born and raised in Sacramento, California. Knowing he wanted to work in real estate as a kid, Justin got his real estate license when he was fresh out of high school. He has spent time with a few well-known real estate firms in Sacramento, but most of his experience was held at a Fortune 500 company in the Bay Area, where he sharpened his knowledge of real estate by managing and analyzing thousands of leases covering retail, industrial, and office properties. He was also responsible for enforcing compliance of lease terms, managing millions of dollars of rental payments on assets and assisting with due diligence efforts on property acquisitions.

With over 15 years of experience in every aspect of commercial real estate, Justin works hard to give each of his clients the necessary tools and knowledge to make a deal happen. He takes pride in helping clients make educated choices in selecting sites which will allow them to be successful over time.

Justin’s real estate background has helped him in more ways than just business - an old co-worker eventually introduced him to his now wife, a local real estate lawyer. Together, they have two rowdy kids (Julianna – 7 and Carter – 5) and two rescued Retrievers and a Black Lab that hog the bed. In his limited spare time, Justin is an avid baseball fan, a crossfit devotee, and golf aficionado (although he won’t be winning any PGA Championships anytime soon – he likes the sport a lot more than it likes him).

Javiera Pierattini earned her International Relations degree from the University of San Francisco and started her CRE career at Cushman & Wakefield in the Marin Office. Eventually she made the switch over to JLL’s Bay Area Retail Team in 2018, and joined JPA Commercial, Inc. in 2021 as a Bay Area retail specialist. Javiera has worked with national Landlords and Tenants such as LaSalle Investment, Brookfield, Grosvenor, Crow Holdings, Citivest, Xponential Fitness, and F45. Javiera generates leads through phone, email and mail, in addition to preparing presentations for clients, managing and maintaining project leasing reports and working alongside the marketing team in order to create top of the line marketing materials. Using her age to her advantage, Javiera sees the importance of researching and reaching out to the new up-and-coming concepts through different social media platforms.

Javiera and her partner are local to Sonoma/Marin County and currently reside in Petaluma, California. She speaks 3 languages: English, Spanish and French. In her spare time, you will find Javiera baking, reading, and taking road trips. She also enjoys discovering all the new food spots and wine tasting rooms which Sonoma and Napa have to offer.
